Penne all'arrabbiata classic.

Ingredients. 20 mins prep time 4 people.

  • 400g penne pasta.
  • 400g plum tomatoes.
  • 80g pecorino cheese.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • fresh chilli peppers.
  • parsley.
  • salt.
  • extra virgin olive oil.

Finely cut the garlic and saute in a pan with the chilli peppers. Add the plum tomatoes and add salt to taste.Leave to cook 15 minutes uncovered. Cook the pasta 'al dente' and add to the pan. Let the pasta soak up the sauce for a minute. Serve with fresh parsley ,grated pecorino cheese and a splash of extra virgin olive oil over.
